Other Interests: Traveling, planning and attending family gatherings, and encouraging self and others to be happy!

Alicia Frangos
Title: Program Services Coordinator, Student Success
Responsibilities: Reinstatement Workshops and other Student Success workshops. Manages OnTRAC Scholars Program and supports students in achieving their goals at College of San Mateo.

Education: M.A., English (Concentration in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), San Francisco State University; B.S. Business Administration/Computer Systems, San Francisco State University; taught English Composition for Multilingual Speakers, San Francisco State University, College of San Mateo
Other Interests: Music, reading, hiking, cooking, spending time with family and friends 

Joyce Griswold
Title: Office Assistant ll, Counseling Services
Responsibilities: Provides information to staff, faculty and community; provides students with forms and services for matriculation support; schedules counselor appointments; and develops and maintains filing systems
Years at CSM: Since 2001
Education: Associate's Degree from College of San Mateo
Other Interests: Spending time with family, sewing/reconstructing, DIY, arts & crafts

Mike Mitchell
Title: Program Supervisor, Transfer Services
Responsibilities: Assists students with the transfer process from CSM to a four-year university
(UC, CSU and Private Universities) through workshops, events, and one-on-one consultation
Years at CSM: Since 1990
Education: Bachelor's Degree, English with emphasis in Journalism, San Francisco State University and Associate's Degree from College of San Mateo
Other Interests: Running (participated in several 10K and one half marathon run), playing tennis, working out in a gym, reading, going to movies, traveling, volunteering and mentoring with high school students at church.

Christine Su

Title: Program Services Coordinator, Career Services
Responsibilities: Helping students, staff, and faculty take full advantage of Career and Student Support Services at CSM

Education: Ph.D., University of Hawaii at Manoa 
Other Interests: Study abroad and other international travel
